About Aimée

Aimée is a fusion bellydance artist from Oahu, Hawai'i. As a young child, she grew up dancing hula and Okinawan dance and later began studying bellydance at age 16. Now, over 20 years later, she has traveled the world performing, studying, and teaching in Canada, Costa Rica, India, Italy, Japan, and USA. She has studied under masters such as Sonia Ochoa, Bozenka, Sadie, Aziza, and Tamra Henna to name a few. Separately, Aimée has 10 years of Odissi classical dance training under her belt, which adds to her unique style. Aimée's specialty is choreography creation, which she creates for her online students around the world. She is currently based in Olympia, WA, and regularly travels between Hawai'i and Washington to teach and perform.
